1. Intake & Trip Review
You share your travel details and your pet’s info. We look at your destination rules, your timeline, and what’s realistically possible based on where your pet is starting from.
2. Onboarding & Setup
We lay out exactly what needs to happen and in what order. You’ll know what you’re responsible for, what we’ll handle, and what comes first, so nothing feels vague or rushed.
3. Forms & Deadlines
We outline the vet visits, tests, forms, and deadlines tied to your destination. Tier 1 follows a roadmap. Tier 2 works through a shared plan with guidance. Tier 3 is fully coordinated
4. Ongoing Check-ins
As things move forward, we review documents, track progress, and flag issues early. Support varies by tier, but the process stays organized the entire way through.
5. Final Review
Before travel, we complete a last verification of paperwork, signatures, and timing to ensure everything meets your destination’s entry rules.
6. Pre-Travel Prep
For higher tiers, we assist with flight confirmations, appointment reminders, and day-of logistics so nothing is missed in the final stretch.
