Pet Passport Club was created to make international pet travel feel clearer, calmer, and far more doable.

Traveling with your pet shouldn’t require digging through forums, outdated articles, or contradictory advice. You deserve information that makes sense, support that feels human, and a plan that helps you move forward with confidence.

That’s what we’re here to provide: a simpler, more organized way to prepare for international travel with your pet.

The Human Behind Pet Passport Club

I’m Mia – a dog mom and chronic over-researcher who learned international pet travel one airline email and government form at a time. After flying with my dog Poppy through multiple countries and discovering how unclear everything was, I knew there had to be a simpler way to prepare for a trip.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed planning travel with your pet, I’ve been there. Pet Passport Club is the support I couldn’t find when I needed it. My goal is to make the process clear, organized, and human, so you can focus on the journey, not the paperwork.

Poppy is a mini dachshund with a big travel résumé and even bigger opinions about airport floors. She’s crossed borders, survived layovers, and endured more paperwork than any dog reasonably should.

Her journeys revealed the gaps that pet owners kept falling into, and those lessons now sit at the core of how the Pet Passport Club guides every traveler.

Text in pink oval reads: 'Poppy in France, Germany, Italy & Guatemala'.

Attention to Detail

Small requirements can cause the biggest issues. We pay close attention to those details so nothing important gets missed.

Human Support

You’re not handed a checklist and left on your own. We’re here to answer questions and help with decisions as they come up.

Our Mission

We’re here to make international pet travel easier, while also supporting dogs who may never get the chance to travel at all. A portion of our proceeds goes toward shelters and rescue organizations in developing countries, with a focus on long-term, meaningful impact.

Expanding Access

We support organizations that provide essential care for dogs, including medical treatment, safe shelter, and long-term support for animals who would otherwise go without.

Local Support

We partner with rescue groups and shelters doing hands-on work in their communities, especially in regions where resources, funding, and infrastructure are limited.

Growing Our Impact

As the Pet Passport Club grows, we increase the amount of support we can offer, allowing us to contribute to more shelters and critical rescue programs over time.
